This section of our website is for the convenience of our members that may have various items that other members, or the general public, might be interested in.
Below are the rules of posting an ad by our members and the usage by all interested parties in response to any item of interest to them;
Member Usage:
Only members of the Southwest Harbor/Tremont Chamber of Commerce may post an ad after registering and setting up a username and password.
All ads submitted are contingent upon the approval of the Director of the Chamber of Commerce prior to actual posting on the web site. The Director reserves the right to accept or reject any and all ads deemed not appropriate.
Ads are set to run for 30 days by default before automatically being deleted. Should you wish for your ad to run longer then you will have to log in and resubmit it.
If there is a charge levied for an ad, arrangements with the Chamber of Commerce for payment must be in place prior to posting.
At their discretion, the Director of the Chamber of Commerce may allow someone other than a member to post an ad if determined that the item, or items, posted is of interest and will benefit members as well as the general public.
Public Usage:
The members of the Southwest Harbor/Tremont Chamber of Commerce cordially invite the general public to view and/or inquire about any items of interest to them free of charge. However, registration is required in order to do so. This is for security purposes. All registrations are verified for authenticity.
If you have an item that will definitely be of interest to our members you may post it after registering. However, the actual posting of you ad is entirely up to the discretion of the Chamber Director.
Abuse by anyone using this Classifieds section will result in their being blocked indefinitely.
